How to delete the plugin cache?

  • Shut down the Jira.

  • Locate your JIRA Data folder.

  • Inside the plugins\.osgi-plugins\transformed-plugins\ delete the eteoboard-jira-plugin*.jar file.

  • Delete the above mentioned file.

  • Start the Jira again.
